National make a will month
July 2008 is National Make Will month. The purpose of this campaign is to raise awareness of the benefits of making a Will. As part of this campaign, Evans & Jones are offering a 10% discount on all new Wills drafted this month.
Many people find making a Will a difficult decision to make, and as a result, many people pass away every year without ever having made a Will. This can often result in problems for the loved ones left behind, and leaving their estate potentially liable for large inheritance tax bills. Many people often don’t realise that unless they make a valid Will their estate may pass to the government .Making a valid Will will often prevent these problems.
