Interest Rates have been cut by 1.5 percentage points to 3%, the lowest figure since the early 1950s, and the good news continues with confirmation that a number of mainstream banks and building societies will be passing the cut onto its customers.
This will hopefully go some way in supporting the property market and encourage prospective homebuyers.
