Rhian Jones is a founding Partner of the firm and has over 7 years experience working within a number of legal fields.

Rhian specialises in all aspects of conveyancing including residential sales, purchases, re-mortgages and transfers of equity. Rhian also has a wealth of experience in handling wills and probate issues, commercial property matters, and has a keen interest in the new law concerning Lasting Powers of Attorney.

Rhian is a fluent welsh speaker and in her spare time is a keen musician who enjoys singing with Côr Caerdydd and playing both the piano and harp.

Dalia Elhami-Evans is a founding Partner of the firm who specialises in all areas of residential conveyancing, including shared ownership leases and housing association properties. Dalia has experience in preparing Declarations of Trust, wills and probate matters, Lasting Powers of Attorney and Home Information Packs. In her spare time Dalia enjoys socialising, skiing and travelling.

Both Partners are graduates of the University of Wales, Aberystwyth.
